采空区煤自燃阶段特性与瓦斯爆炸的动力学关系研究

Study on Coupling Mechanism of Coal Spontaneous Combustion and Gas explosion in Goaf

摘要: 为探究采空区遗煤自燃阶段特性与瓦斯爆炸的动力学关系,针对采空区遗煤自然发火三个阶段的不同特点,以定容反应器为模型,采用数值计算软件CHEMKIN模拟了自然发火不同阶段不同工况下,瓦斯爆炸前后关键反应基元步及爆炸时间的变化。计算结果对比分析表明:缓慢氧化阶段对瓦斯爆炸表现为抑制作用|加速氧化阶段对瓦斯爆炸表现较为复杂|激烈氧化阶段对瓦斯爆炸表现为促进作用。同时,数值计算结果与实验室测试结果基本一致。

Abstract: To explore the coupling relationship between the mining goaf coal spontaneous combustion and the gas explosion, according to the different characteristics of the three stages of spontaneous combustion and taking a constant volume reactor as a model, the numerical simulation software CHEMKIN was used to simulate the diversification of key reaction basis of before and after gas explosion under different stages and different conditions of spontaneous combustion. Calculation results of comparative analysis showed that: the gas explosion was inhibited in the slow oxidation stage; the gas explosion was promoted in the accelerating oxidation stage; the gas explosion was slightly promoted in the violent oxidation stage.
